have no fear...Andrews here

If this is a sign of whats to come I don't know how I will survive. Andrew decided to stand up and swing on the porch swing. Of course he went flying off and landed on his face. His top teeth went into the inside of his lip. Luckily it didn't need stitches. I'm glad briana was home since I don't handle blood very well. When Ted got home from work he asked him if he was going to stand up in the swing again, I'm thankful he learned that lesson and said no. But who knows what tomorrow will bring.

Athen's Easter Egg hunt

We haven't participated in the local egg hunt since Emilee was little because there are so many people there. But this year Mason had to be there to work for the Soap Box Derby, so I thought why not take Andrew & Isabelle. Well, Isabelle ended up sick and couldn't go, so Briana took Andrew to the egg hunt. Here's Andrew checking out his eggs.

Mason was there to give kids a ride in his car and promote the races.

Andrew waiting for his ride. He can't wait until he's 8 so he can race!

When I grow up I want to be....

An Army man, a fireman, no wait I want to be an ambulance driver, for today at least. We have had safety month at our homeschool coop and today we had a visit from a local ambulance. They were so patient with the kids, they let them climb in the back and ask questions and get in the cab and turn on the siren. Andrew had a blast.

I know you can't see this one very well, but Andrew is in the middle speaking on the speaker thing and running the siren. He actually climbed over the driver to get in, poor guy.

Snow day again

I think we have had more snow this year then all the years we have lived here. I am ready for it to go! I know for you Northerners this doesn't look like much but for us it is plenty. Some of the schools around here have used up all of their snow days, of course my kids don't get snow days. But we have had to cancel CHIMES twice because of it. I am ready for spring. I did receive a seed catalog in the mail today, so I guess it's getting close.

Independent Belle

Isabelle has been picky about her clothes for a while now. Even befroe she was talking she would shake her hand to let you know she didn't want to wear something. This was one of those days where she dressed herself and since we weren't going anywhere I just let her be. Notice the attitude.

Valentine's Day

Andrew with his new sneakers

Emilee and another webkins!

What else would Mason want but some Red Bull?

We were to busy this year to make homemade valentines so we had to do with store bought ones. I don't think the kids even noticed although we enjoy making them. We even forgot to send them to grandparents, oops.
