Andrew has been wanting a dog for some time and Ted keeps telling him "NO". He even went around asking everyone if they had a puppy when they were little. I found an ad for two Yorkie's and called Ted to see what he would say about one of them. He actually agreed as long as the kids took care of it. When talking to the owner they said they just hated to seperate them, so we ended up with both of them. We left Andrew home when we went to get them so we could surprise him. He was surprised but later said he really wanted a Dalmation!!
Here's Molly & Annie, Molly is hyper and Annie is calm. I had said no sitting on the furniture. Their first night here, Ted let them sit on the couch beside him all evening. After having them run all over the living room, I remember why I didn't have any house pets, I don't like house pets. I hope I can endure.
Finally... My Little runaway. Andrew is very tender hearted. He's very stubborn, but also tender hearted. Well, on Tuesday 5th, he got his feelings hurt and decided he was going to run away. Mason & Emilee let me know he was packing a bag. I just let him, you know they never really run away, do they? He went outside and took the long way around the car and down the drive. When he got to the end of the drive he turned around and waved real big and was just sobbing. It broke my heart. He then turned around and started to walk, I realized I better get out there and stop him. I don't know where he was going to go, but I couldn't let him walk down the road. When I got to him, he said he was going to his friend Austins house. I had to explain to him that we all loved him and would miss him very much. I got him to come back in the house and put his things away. So, for now he is staying with us, but the next day he was mad because he had to pick up his toys and said he was running away again. I let him know that we are a family and everyone had things they had to do around the house, that was a house rule. Is this a ploy to get attention and not have to clean up his things or does he really feel this way?
